Factory Tour
The European Delivery Center in Sindelfingen is just minutes from downtown Stuttgart. Delivery Center staff will treat you to a guided 90-minute factory tour for a firsthand look at how your vehicle was built. You'll tour our first-rate facilities and witness the meticulous attention to detail that goes into every Mercedes-Benz.
After the final inspection is complete, we'll present you with your new Mercedes-Benz. You'll also receive a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin. (Please be prepared to show your passport.) A factory representative will then familiarize you with your new automobile, fully preparing you to begin your European road tour.
The Mercedes-Benz Museum
The home of Mercedes-Benz, Stuttgart, Germany, is rich in automotive history. The Mercedes-Benz Museum in nearby Untertürkheim, next to the Gottlieb-Daimler soccer stadium, traces the company's preeminent role in the evolution of the automobile.
Over 100 vehicles are on display here, and interactive screens and wireless headsets help explain exhibits. Racing enthusiasts will appreciate the Silver Arrows on display as well as the racing retrospective in the cinema. The museum shop sells books, model cars and gifts. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, and admission is free.
